Import & export

Bring in comments from Shopify or a file, or download them all. No Save needed.

From Shopify

Brings across the comments on your Shopify blog, keeping their dates and approval status. Safe to run again whenever new ones come in. Comments already here are updated, not duplicated.

From a file

Upload a CSV, a Disqus export (.xml) or a WordPress or Squarespace export (.xml). You'll see which posts match your Shopify articles before anything is imported.

Upload file

CSV, Disqus or WordPress export

Export comments

Download every comment as a CSV file. The file uses the same columns as the import, so you can bring it back in later.
